John DeLacio

As president of Advanced Treatment, Inc., John DeLacio leads a Gibsonia, PA, company that delivers timely and cost-effective site inspection and consultation solutions to residents and business owners. Undertaking site inspections, he designs new sewage systems and undertakes repairs and maintenance on existing systems. John DeLacio oversees the complex permitting process, which can take up to a year, and works with local and PA state agencies on drawing up system designs, as well as application review and approval.

Mr. DeLacio has attained commendations such as the Inspector of the Year award from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He has extensive knowledge on client-specific issues, from extending the life of septic systems to creating efficient sewage treatment systems for off-grid cabins and homes.

In 1988, Mr. DeLacio served on a task force that launched an investigation into the failure and collapse of an Ashland Petroleum Company tank. He was responsible for overseeing the geotechnical aspects of the investigatory process. An avid snow and water skier, he also enjoys activities such as boating and playing golf in his free time.
